Sets direction for organization, sets calendar of meetings, reviews and updates charter annually, oversees finance, establishes committees, reviews and approves new members, and runs meetings.

Tracks membership activity: attendance, leads, house calls, and member-hosted events.

Webmaster: Alex Smith
Maintains and updates website.

Membership Committee

Solicits membership by encouraging members to invite guests to meetings, and follow up with guests, adminstering follow up forms, and reviewing membership applications.

Marketing Committee

Promotes group to members, prospective members and business community. Creates business forms, brochures, website and promotes metings.

Speakers Committee

Identifies, qualifies, solicits and schedules outside speakers for the group.

Humor Committee
• Bob Eatroff - CHAIR
Provides humorous interjections and interludes during meetings, keeps group bouyant.

Outreach Committee
• David Volkman - CHAIR
Identifies and reaches out to other business organizations and groups to establish a relationship with The Executive Forum, arrange discounts to their events, promote The Executive Forum to their membership, and co-sponsor events.

The Executive Committee has created an Operations Manual that describes the responsibilities of all of the committees as well as other operating procedures.
