Not-for-Profit and Specialized Entities Having served as counsel to large national not-for-profit entities, we are expert in corporate organizational issues specific to not-for-profit groups and other specialized entities, and advising and counseling Boards of Directors and trustees with respect to corporate governance, financial matters and strategic planning and implementation. We have worked with not-for-profit groups in helping to negotiate and contract for sophisticated membership programs for constituents in such areas as financial, insurance and pharmacy services, as well as in all areas of general operations. We have assisted not-for-profit groups in managing their real estate needs and in facilitating their relationships with vendors, consultants and other contractors.
