Outreach Committee

Ambassador Responsibilities:
1. Attend organization’s meetings and invite people to attend an Executive Forum meeting.
2. Report on events that their respective organizations will be holding in the next month.
3. Arrange group discounts for Executive Forum members to those events.
4. Inform the EF of resources and opportunities presented by their groups.
5. Arrange a joint networking or other event between The Executive Forum and their group.
6. Identify marketing opportunities to publicize The Executive Forum meetings (website, newsletter, etc.).

Committee Chair Responsibilities:
1. Making sure the ambassadors know their responsibilities.
2. Ensuring that the ambassadors are meeting their responsibilities.
3. Handling the Committee Report at the meetings.

Outreach Committee Goals for 2005:
1. Arrange discount for Executive Forum Members to at least one event sponsored by another organization.
2. Arrange one joint networking event with another organization.

Format for Committee Report:
1. Describe committee responsibilities and goals.
2. Identity ambassadors and solicit other members to join the committee.
3. Ambassadors report on events produced in the upcoming month by their respective group.
4. Announce progress on joint event.
