Kimberly is a 30-year veteran of the medical industry working as a Healthcare Insurance Financial Coordinator in pediatrics and with high-risk pregnancies. She has vast experience with both complex and time sensitive cases, showing empathy for the patients and their family members during one of the most challenging times of their life. She instituted a case management approach, guiding, negotiating, and advocating for patients with difficult insurance companies throughout the full plan of care and across multiple specialties. This career has provided her with the skills, talent, and ability to handle complex cases. Kim is known to have a high rate of success in negotiating and obtaining approvals for her cases, because of Kim’s success rate she earned the name “Kimpossible.” She would make the impossible possible by always putting the client first and doing what’s in their best interest. Kim also worked part time in a private investigation firm where she assisted in overseeing case operations. Transparency and loyalty are key attributes to a successful outcome.
